Room service every item ordered for breakfast, lunch and dinner was horrible from the taste to presentation. The restaurant Toro was really good, great taste and atmosphere. The room was average you can see the wear and tear as if maintenance doesn’t keep up with the facility.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Staff was kind; helpful and the drinks/food were delicious. Clean hotel rooms and restaurants. If you are on the fence about going… DO IT! And go see Pablo and Monserrat at the front desk. They are great!

The property is great, the food at the resort isn’t good at all. I believe I had one good meal. If you like to drink , the drinks are great too. My room was nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the guys trying to sell me the Legendary Club package. I just wanted to enjoy my short vacation. I’m not a constant traveler so it was no for me. Besides that it is a great hotel.

The hard rock cafe resort in cabo was such an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the drinks taste good and the pools were so fun. Our private assistant Hector was one of a kind. He made sure we had reservations and transportation set up whenever we needed. I would go back to this resort for the incredible service provided!

If you’re looking for a scam this place is it. Location is horrible, you’re desolate and can’t go on the beach at all. From the minute you step foot on Hard Rock soil, you are getting scammed. I know there are always typical time-share scammers at airports but never witnessed them infiltrated within the “luxury all inclusive resort”, very weird. No ubers are allowed in, so your only means of transportation is Hard Rock Taxis that are in cahoots with the staff to get extra $$$. They charged us 125 USD for a one way trip to the airport, the taxi driver upon pickup handed the bell man a wad of cash… extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I feel bad for saying this because majority of people were very nice but there is no management or organization going on, seems like the resort collectively is figuring things out hour by hour. Scam and unprofessionalism aside, this place is boring as hell. The activities include a random worker walking to people asking them to guess his favorite band…. That’s it, that was the activity for a couple of hours. There is absolutely nothing to do here. We mentioned this during our checkout and they proceeded to try to sell us on a stay at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana…. We stayed 3 days and we could not wait to get out of there fast enough, never wanted to leave a vacation and go home so bad.
