This property was gorgeous and clean. The views were absolutely amazing. 10/10. Would definitely go back!

The property was amazing. The staff was super courteous. The food was incredible. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you upgrade to the Premier all inclusive access that was the only thing I wish I would’ve known before I went.

Mi hotel 🏨 favorito ❤️.Me encanta por que es super para todo tipo de ambiente en familia,con niños,en pareja.
Es super desde todos los puntos de vista.
Tiene muchos restaurantes,La trajinera,El Eden,El forno,Los Riscos,el mestizo,Barolo,
Todos con algo diferente que ofrecer.
Para Sena les revomiendo Mestizo/Riscos.Deliciosa selección de platillos.En seguridad no los cambio por ninguno mi hijo y mis sobrinos andaban solos toda la propiedad para comer,para desayunar,para las piscinas,para las canchas de deportes.
En realidad sin pensarlo Los cabos es un destino muy seguro y Tranquilo.
El hotel 🏨 Hacienda Encantada es la mejor opción.❤️♥️❤️🏨❤️♥️❤️🇲🇽

I didn’t like the wait at check in. The property needs to be remodeled the towel hanger fall off twice during my stay. Extra charge for “premium all inclusive” never heard that I have to pay extra when I already paid for all inclusive. Extra charges that the staff couldn’t explained at check out. Won’t stay in this hotel again

This place was amazing ! It had multiple options for food. Multiple pools. Just all around amazing! Daniel was so helpful throughout our whole week!
