Staff was excellent ! Overall great for a beach place. Standard. The only issue I had was No coffee!! And if you want to buy it was more than Starbucks!
Beach was beautiful, we had it to ourselves a few times.
I would return.

We loved Everything...the property was clean...the staff was awesome...and Tommie needs to be bestowed a Title of National Treasure for his knowledge of the immediate area, the surrounding towns and the island in general..his knowledge of the Pirate history of Combate and his carisma is un matched..you MUST meet him!

For the money we paid my room was extremelly small. No storage, no drawers for our stuff. The hot water was a Hit ans Miss. The property restaurant only serves brunch, no A La Carte menu like they used to a year ago when I stayed there. And its not worth what they charge for it. It was a simple continental breakfast. The same one you get for free at most properties. I had to walk across a dangerous street to park my car and in morning the parking was still locked at 8:10. I had to stand there close to 10 minutes wating for someone to open it. You could hear everytime they flush the toilet on the room above us. It sounded like water was trickling into our room. Extremelly bad deal. Never again. I dont know if they inform xpedia about the square footage and amenities of the room. Maybe they should so you guys can let people know they are getting into a shoebox for real hotel price.

For your next stay please consider that we offer 14 room styles and sizes, including 5 types of suites with space up to 650 sft. In addition, for long weekends and holidays, we recommend reserving at least 6 weeks in advance. We are sorry that the hot water pressure in your room was affected by the low pressure in the city water. Hot water is provided by solar water heaters and usually changes in city water pressure do not affect our buildings. The situation was corrected. Our Xabores breakfast was redesigned to a luxury buffet style, to improve the service and variety for our customers. We offer 16 products, and over 25 complements, flavors and sauces, allowing our guests to design and personalize their breakfast, in a everything that you can consume for a fixed price + tax. It includes 2 breads and 1 bagel, 3 cheeses, jellies, scrambled eggs with 1-2 meat proteins, pancakes, or French toast with 6 syrups, sautéed potatoes, 3 dry cereals with hot or cold milk, fresh seasonal fruits, oatmeal with granola, almonds, orange or apple juice, hot chocolate, and Puerto Rican coffee, which guests can prepare in various combinations such as espresso, mocha, cappuccino, late, and others.We look forward to having you back soon. Nos tocó unq habitación con baño pequeño y matress incomodos, pero la ubicación tan cercana a la playa y el servico nos recompensó.
