The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. The playground was closed and it was upsetting being one of the reasons why we choose it there, but the pool was great! I think it’s a great place for young people to go, who will not cook or hang out inside for long. As a mother of 2 young kids, who also went with my mother and teen brother, I would prefer to go to a place that offered everything already in the apartment, rather than running downstairs every time I needed a hand towel, toilet paper, or even mats for the bathroom.

LA PROPIEDAD LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO, LAMPARAS ROTAS, BACHA DEL LA COCINA SUELTA, POCOS ELEMENTOS DE COCINA, HELADERA MUY PEQUEÑA, OTRO TELEVISOR EN LA PIEZA. LO MEJOR: UBICACION, LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL, SEGURO, TRANQUILO IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS, JUEGOS EXCELENTE Y MUY BUENA LA PILETA.

Muito bem localizado, mas muito bagunçado. O apartamento em si tem moveis funcionais, mas estão muito mal conservados. Dá pra ficar, mas sem muita expectativa de conforto. O banheiro é super simples, chuveiro com pouca pressão, mas água quente não deixa a desejar. Pode levar roupa de cama e banho, mas eles tem la mediante uma taxa pequena! A piscina estava muito suja, agua turva, péssima. Nem da pra entrar. Elevadores com cheio ruim devido alto fluxo de banhistas. Ninguem respeita elevador social e os funcionarios nao impedem que seja usado. A vista do apartamento mar é ótima. É razoavel de se hospedar, mas nao é a melhor experiencia.

Eu super recomendo, ele tem uma localização perfeita uma varanda maravilhosa pra praia do Forte. Piscina , quadra, brinquedoteca uma area de lazer excelente, o ap é bom com cozinha e alguns utensilhos. O atendimento é nota 1000 todos muito educados, solicitos em atender. O Bruno gerente sempre muito gentil com todos, resolotivo. So tenho a agradecer
