The people are very nice and the service is excellent. I would stay there again on my next trip to Ca Mau.

There was no hot water in my room.
The staff didn’t really make much effort to look after you. The restaurant didn’t have anything we wanted (despite it being on the menu) and the ‘massage’ spa was definitely a brothel - no qualified masseuse there!

i‘m sorry and empty phrases
Posted 2 Feb 2019 on Hotelsno hot water in the room. staff would check it in the evening, they didn‘t. same situation in the morning. instead of going to manage it seriously they came twice to my room to check it like i‘m just too stupid how to use the tap.
2nd problem: by booking i ordered local seasonal fruits for breakfast (because i’m vegan and it’s hard to get something right in a hotel) and refered on it by check in: „the manager will check it“ - only an empty phrase. After hours i got some pieces of watermelon and mango even though are many kinds at the market.
in fairness the manager she organized to fix a flat tire on my motorbike, they paid it and i got a little cash back which i gave to a poor child countryside.
