Spacious home close to everything

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, everything was really good
Cons: No mention of a bond on the website, or when booking or confirming. However, 5 days before our stay a $1000 bond was asked for.
Location: Very close to main shopping centre. Everything was very handy.
A large, spacious home with two separate sleeping/bathroom areas separated by living zone. Large block, all amenities included. The position was ideal, only a 5 minute stroll to the main shopping centre, but in a quiet, dead-end street so very little traffic. Off street parking too.
