The hotel staff was amazing! We had our little maltese with us and felt at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and the pools were as promised on the pictures. It is a little remote from night life but ubers were quick.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the team who works at this hotel. Our stay here was fantastic. The meals and drinks served at the hotel were of high quality: the buffet has a wide range of offerings to please absolutely everyone, including a section just for kids. All juices / drinks are freshly made. The kids club runs from 10am to 9pm and my kids wanted to spend every minute of their time with the other kids and the fun team of young ladies who organize different activities throughout the day, including meals and snacks time. The Ferradura beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and you can cut thru the property for easy access. Multiple pools throughout the beautiful property. Everybody who works at this hotel is at your service, to provide the highest quality and level of satisfaction. And most importantly they all do it with a smile and genuine concern for the guests having a good time. Thank you Ferradura Resort, we can’t wait to go back!

Your staff went beyond expectations.
The Reception staff were always eager to help in any way and your housekeeper quickly brought us some jewelry which had fallen under the bed while we were checking out.
If I searched to find one area of personal disappointment it was that after breakfast you did not have an option to sit and relax .I felt I must leave immediately so that the room could be set up for lunch perhaps? Understandable however!

Walking distance to downtown. Very nice rooms-large, clean, tile floors, private patio, good beds, good AC, free wi-fi. Restaurant, extensive breakfast included, good coffee, separate bar & food available near pool. English spoken at reception.

Nice resort for families with kids
Posted 23 Jan 2016The resort is very child friendly with a great kids club and six swimming pools. The restaurant is nice and has lots of options. Staff are friendly but unfortunately none speak English which made it a little tricky. Also the deluxe room was quite small.
