Beautiful rooms, very clean, and the perfect location because it’s in front of the best beach. The staff are friendly and make sure you are taken care of.

The invisible manager is not accessible, they are super unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with the management in general!! Very , very disappointed!

Nice area in front of nice beach, good afternoon tea is offered to guests, very welcomed.
Pool is small, i parked the car at the street. Breakfast is ok, not superb.

This is a great location across from a very nice beach. The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful.

Fraud in reception

Location: Far from anything
Expedia talk to them taht we change the reservation from 2 nigths to 1 night and they tried to charge me 2 nigths or no show. I told them that Expedia called them changing the reservation and they said "No, you need to pay 2 nights" I called Expedia, Expedia garanted me that was talk to Ana Yamamoto (The woman that was charging me 2 nights) and she knew thas was just one nigth.
Just after I puted Ana in my phone with Expedia she agreeded to charge 1 nigth.
Very disaponted with the hotel.
