"Once again, a lovely stay. Lovely staff on reception. Great room. Executive lounge was a lovely treat with very friendly staff in there. Perfect location. Convienient car park, much more reasonable than others in the area. Will absolutely be back. Thank you"

"The Parkgate Hotel is well-situated, and a beautiful hotel. Their breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. It is a bit tricky because there is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up guests and luggage, but that seems to be pretty standard in Cardiff. The location of this hotel can't be beat for those attending events at Principality Stadium."

"Parking was excellent plenty of spaces. Room was clean and functional though i found the bed very hard. Receptionist was a joy, very pleasant and helpful. Excellent role model. Barman was slow. Breakfast was fine, no complaints and the restaurant staff was very polite and professional. Overall a good stay. I will definitely stay here again. "
