Room was large and clean but felt tired. Staff were friendly, location was just outsode town, easy to getting in and out with taxi's. Would probably not stay again would look for a hotel with a bit more of a modern feel but that is personal preference.

Novotel Cardiff Centre
Huge room and comfy beds. All staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. Was a bit noisy in the morning with people leaving their rooms etc...

Very comfy bed, and good housekeeping. There were 3 teabags, 4 coffee sachets and 4 milk cartons in the room, which I found to be budget standard not reflecting the room price. Breakfast giid but kor sorcual
