False claim of being a luxury hotel.

Service was poor. The hotel claimed to be luxury. Not luxury at all. Paper cups. No drinking glasses available. No ice service and no staff would get ice. I had to go 7/11 and buy ice. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Noisy room fan.

It was an enjoyable stay and the staff was quite kind with us not being able to speak Korean. It was really good.

The room was tiny and did not have a proper oswt. It seems that one room was split into two when renovated.

Busan trip

Hotel was kept clean, has a cafe and bakery on 1st floor. On the 25th floor, they have a affordable buffet style restuarant. Breakfast there was around $10 per person, kids under 3 eat free. Plenty of restuarants, bars, night clubs, karaoke, and convenience stores in the area. Only downside was we came back to the hotel room on the last day of our stay and it smelled like a porta john, had to air out the room. We booked 2 rooms, half of us got congestion and sore throats overnight sleeping in the rooms that would go away as we toured the city. Not sure if it was related to the AC units. Hotel is quiet and does not have thin walls or doors. Hotel is not very close to the main tourist sites in the city, recommend using the subway to avoid traffic.

아쉽게도 객실이 너무 좁아서 만족도가 떨어졌네요. 디럭스이지만 2명이 이용하기에 힘들었습니다.
