Very convenient location
Ventilation - a bit weak
Washroom - lack of facility
Sink in living area - water leak under the sink; same problem at the breakfast area

Clean, economical, friendly and close to the fun!
Posted 3 Jul 2018 on HomeAwayWe loved our time at the I AM Residence! The staff was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were really clean and had everything necessary. This was our first time to Busan and we were worried about finding a good location for our home base. This was perfect! It was close to the beach and close to the bus line. We loved our stay here!

First everything’s electronic so you have to remember all kinds of different codes to get into the building and your room. Then once you get to the room the bathroom and shower are in the same room and it’s so small that you have to sit on the toilet to take a shower and the main room had hair and dust everywhere. On the website the BBQ area looked beautiful but in reality it looked like it was falling apart and had never been cleaned. It was so dirty I couldn’t even tell what color it was.

cheap but bad

Of course, I saved some money.
I will not select this type room next time.
