The website made the room look better than it really was

Charged me to change room to room I’d booked.
Posted 28 Jan 2019 on HotelsI booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

They advertise that each room has a private spa. This is not true. The room has a bath, so you're better off paying less for a room at a nearby hotel which actually delivers on this promise. Room was clean but the cleaners are noisy in the morning.

Not your hotel for extended stay
Posted 15 Oct 2017This hotel is not for you if you're staying more than a few hours. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats. We learned the hard way that it's considered "love hotel". We were traveling during Korean thanksgiving and this was our only option. We however have no complaints about cleanliness or service

Perfect
Posted 7 Jul 2016The hotel was perfect size. Clean. Close to beach and subway. Not much storage space in my room. I couldn't imagine staying in another room for such great price.
