I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym was airy, spacious, and well-equipped. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious. At its basics, the beds were spacious and comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The rooms were well-soundproofed with blackout curtains so we were able to get a good night’s rest. There were also lots of details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The shower had both a regular and rainfall shower head. The bathroom was equipped with a fancy bidet that keeps the seat warm and washes your butt lol. The breakfast buffet had cute cat-themed dish robots that efficiently cleared dishes away for you. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to two metro lines. In summary, I’m really glad I picked this hotel to stay in for my trip to Busan. Everything was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again.

AC didn't turn on since it is not scheduled to operate until May during watmer days even if our room was 82F. Finally turned on when we complained. Everything else was good.

The staff service was very poor. We booked two rooms and the front desk gave us a room for four people. After we explained the situation, we were given another room, but not the one we requested.
