Great service
Posted 25 May 2019 on HotelsGreat staff. Wonderful service. These young men are a true representation of the Turkish culture. Over and beyond. The rooms are super clean. The food is fine. Location is quite and near by everything. The Green Mosque, the Castle, the Market, the Old Bazaar and many more. The park is in front of the hotel, and it has games for the kids and many restaurants that open beyond 1 am. The Mateo passes near by, the buses in front of the hotel, and the Taxis office is next door. Prime location with a great staff that gives outstanding service. Will stay there again without any doubt. THANKS

Quirky Rooms behind a plain exterior
Posted 18 Nov 2018 on HotelsFrom the outside this looks like any run-of-the-mill business hotel, and the large reception area is stark and lacking in warmth or character, but my room was a dramatic contrast that was deserving of the "Boutique" title.
My room was not large, but was adequate (although I noticed a lack of desk space for business travelers to site their laptops or to perch with their paperwork), the bed was firm and comfortable, and the unusual decor provided some much-needed character and personality. But the quirkiest thing about this room was the shower room/toilet combination, which was entered from either side of the bed - on one side was a door into the toilet from which there was a glass door into the shower, and on the other side was door into the shower room with washbasin and another glass door into the shower! Hence the shower was both visible and accessible from both sides. The shower itself was spacious but the water temperature and pressure was temperamental, whilst the weird vinyl-cushioned floor felt unstable and slippery - thus, for me, my morning wake-up shower woke me up for all the wrong reasons.
Breakfast was served in the large and rather unwelcoming foyer; it was a decent selection, but the highlight was to be able to gaze out through the large picture windows into the sunny street and across to the Culture Park.

Excellent Hotel
Posted 29 Apr 2017 on HotelsAmazing staff and very helpful would definitely recommend it. Location is perfect and close to restaurants, tram and ferry station.Definitely, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we ever return to Istanbul.
