The front desk manager was super nice and understanding. She resolves the problem at the hotel due to foreseen air conditioning problem. She is highly professional and respectful..

The best thermal in Bursa! Really luxury Grand hotel with its own history. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a joke

We started off with a bad experience in this hotel. They gave us the keys for our room and we found out that wasn’t clean at all. All dirty laundry around room was disgusting. They send ladies to clean while we were waiting in the hallway. Second night around 1:30 AM we heard some noise and my husband discover leaking from the bathroom ceiling right next to the light. We call the reception and the guy came and said that they don’t have any service to fix that in the middle of the night. We asked for another room and he waited by the door until we pack all our stuff. He give us a little room next to all kitchen exhaust, and all other connectors. It was noisy and smelly. I said that I don’t want to stay there. The guy said that they will get the better room in the morning. When I called in the morning another person was working at the reception, he did not know what I was talking about. So after all explaining and hustling we got “better room”. It was junior suite so outdated that you couldn’t believe you are in 5 star hotel. Wooden walls were greasy and dirty, all facets are about to fall off and water was spraying all around. The tile floor was so dirty, it was just disgusting. The food was ok, very small variety. Once for dinner we got the wrong order, my husband did not eat since he had seafood rice instead of mushroom rice and they wanted us to pay anyway which I refused. At the checkout they wanted us to pay “upgraded” room, which I refused. Our 6 days of nightmare.
