The property as the building Is Good. And new year of public transportation The staff is friendly and some of them speak English

An okay for a short stay

For an accidental stay the hotel is ok. Its very far from the city center, so dont reccomend it if you want to be closes. The room smelled of cigarrettes, the breakfast was horrible - they dont even serve coffee. Other than that, fair price for a quiet room far from the city.
