Pretty nice spot for the quick go when visiting for the falls and easy walking distance for breakfast or dinner restaurants

Floors were not the cleanest, my socks were really dirty after walking on the floors. The bathrooms and towels were clean. Beds were sufficient. They allow dogs in a few rooms and that was something we needed. Would stay there again as they were dog friendly, but would bring slippers.

Stephen, Thank you, I have investigated the issue with the floor. You are correct, I looked back at my daily log and I am to blame. I had completed a work order in your room after it was cleaned. Due to my other daily responsibilities I had entered the room multiple times while correcting the work order and failed to report to housekeeping. It is regular practice at Shasta Pines Motel and Suites to have housekeeping clean a room a second time after any work order. Please reach out to me via email or phone at the property and I hope you accept my invite to please give us a second chance, Or allow me to personally apologize. I am here to give you our best and I'm sorry . and Hope I am able to make it up to you. Thank you

Check in was a mess. The room wasn't ready for a check in at 3pm. We left and came back at 4:30 they checked us in . Went to the room and the bed wasn't made or room cleaned but they did finally put us in a different room. Won't stay there again.
