Town is safe. Hotel is out dated. Has an odor. Presidential suite was good for the money but the cooling units were not rated for that large space. Staff was bla. Not willing the help or even be pleasant. Think of the teacher saying Bueller, Bueller, anyone, anyone.

Bathroom covered in hair on the floor, had black handprints all over shower and walls, appeared that shower and floor not cleaned.
Pull out sofa was full of trash when removed the couch cushions to pull out; fortunately, the man on duty came up with a vacuum and cleaned pull out since we were using it.

Pool was not usable, had not been cleaned the day we got there; bugs and leaves/debris.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry your stay was not a good one.The pool gets cleaned daily the only thing is it had been raining on and off for days. We apologize that you weren’t able to use it when you stayed with us. I do hope you give us another chance and come back to stay with us again.
