I will never use this place again. There were few options for hotels in Burnet, TX, and the reviews weren't great...but not all were terrible. I should have 'listened' to the terrible. Upon walking into the room, I was greeted with a bunch of long black hair on the floor of the entryway. I checked the fridge to see if there was a freezer, only to find food still in it from another stay. The bathroom had the same hair on the floor and the shower had hair, literally, everywhere....on the walls, tub and curtain. The heater never worked, but I let it slide until it got pretty cold at night 3 days in. I let them know that the heater didn't work. I requested a cleaning that day...the same day they said maintenance would be there to fix the heater. I got back from work that night...and no heat and the room wasn't cleaned. I told the front desk that neither were done. I had to go get a space heater from them and take it to the room so that I could have heat and they assured me maintenance and housekeeping would be in the next day. I got back from work....still no working heater and STILL the room wasn't clean. I was livid and back downstairs I went. I asked if they even had housekeeping there as I still hadn't seen a single cart. I was told, "Yes, we do...but they only clean during the day." Really??? That is nothing new and still no excuse for why my room still hasn't been cleaned. I checked out 2 days later, with no working heater and room never being cleaned.

Internet didn't work. Called the help line, they said they would call me back. They never did
