The employees need more training in customer service. The front desk person did not have the attitude of helping to get my request granted (finding a phone charger to borrow) they only answered no and didnt offer any other potential solution. Housekeeping passed the buck to the front desk!
Also, they were Very abrupt about keeping the stub for checked bags insinuating that we couldnt get our bags back if we didnt have the ticket.

I know it sounds weird, but I just hanging out in the mezzanine and vibing with the music. The lake view is amazing.
