The staff were very attentive. Our flight was cancelled and we had to scramble to find accommodations and ended up at the Hilton. Everyone was helpful and kind. Provided us with toiletry items, extended our check out. Made a bad situation a little better. The free shuttle was say to find as well.

The property line is on the path with a beautiful, serene waterfront view and trail. The hotel shuttle runs regularly, and it was easy to get to the hotel. The hotel is decent but dated. Despite that, it is well-kept and spotless. I chose this hotel for the proximity to SFO, and it worked out great!

If you are visiting downtown San Francisco, have business in silicon Valley or simply need to be near the airport, our location provides an excellent central location for all there is to see and do in the Bay Area. It was a solid experience and I especially liked the food provided. The interior was nice and clean and the service was kind, and having a shuttle service between the airport and hotel saves a lot of hassel.

I had a very pleasant stay, the check in and check out process was easy and fast, the room was clean and well kept. There was a power outage that occurred when I was there, and I appreciated the staff being open to answering my questions, although some more amenities to accommodate that would have been helpful, regardless did the best we could with what we had & power came back like 40 min later.
