Bed was comfortable and clean, room was clean and quiet. There was no conditioner in the shower. That was the only negative thing.

The staff member that was there when we arrived was not interested in helping us with anything. We needed an airport shuttle but told us we would have to go at 9:15 and our flight was at 2. I asked if she could arrange a different time for us with the driver and are said no. Also she wouldn’t give us any water or snacks on checkin since we are Hilton honor members. She says since we booked the rooms through Expedia she couldn’t give us any. We stay in Hampton inns all the time but will never be returning to that one

It's a good hotel to stay. Clean room, friendly staffs, free and easy to parking, seashore view, next to SFO, very good breakfast included, shuttle to the airport. I'm fully satisfied.

Average Hampton Inn but next to runway and inadequately sound proof for this location. Planes do not stop after 11 at this airport either. They are long overdue in upgrading their breakfast too.

Front desk would not connect me to my wife. WiFi in the room was not working so she could not call me and I was anxious to get through after she missed her flight and was diverted through the US. It should be pointed out that the reservation was in my name. The front desk person clearly showed zero interest in helping me. I just wanted to see if she made it safe and sound. Are we really at the point when there is no willingness to help?

This is an airport hotel but the shuttle service is severely limited in times available. The morning times don’t even run through checkout. My in room coffee machine was broken and still had water in it from the last guest. It’s fine for what it is but that’s average.

To say this hotel is a mess would be an understatement. I communicated to the hotel via the Expedia chat thing that we would need a shuttle when we arrived from overseas. I called the hotel when we landed and confirmed where to go to catch the shuttle. We stood out in the cold for 35 minutes, no shuttle. The other hotel shuttles all came by twice. So, we used Uber to get there $55 for a 2 mile trip. Then, when we checked in we were given a different room than the one I chose when I check in on the app. I had chosen a room on the first floor because I was traveling alone with an 8 year old and two oversized suitcases. I didn’t want to have to maneuver them all through the hallways and elevators. Why allow me to choose a room on the app if you’re going to give it to someone else? Once I managed to get everything to my room, I found that the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and was told I was probably flushing it too fast. I wasn’t. I took the lid off and could see that the flusher was literally not connected to anything. I took a photo but there isn’t a place here to submit it. The front desk said they didn’t have anyone there to fix it and no other rooms so just to use it and they would fix it in the. Are you kidding me? Suffice it to say that I would not recommend this hotel in any way, shape, or form. Having a working toilet in the room is a pretty low bar and they didn’t even reach that.
