The room they gave me had a very very dated bathroom broken tile a piece of the toilet broken as well. It was definitely in need of renovation. The bedroom as ok.

a very hard bed considering this is a high-end hotel. very uncomfortable for sleeping but everything else was great.

This hotel is located just 5 min distance from sightseeing places. This hotel is a part of a church, inside was renovated. Very gorgeous inside.

This hotel is just perfect. It’s huge and beautiful, the room was amazing, very clean and very well equipped, the bathroom very big, staff was super nice and helpful, and the location is just spectacular. Parking was also very convenient and easy to get to. I think breakfast also deserves a special mention as it was very varied and very good. I would definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel appears to be a repurposed monastery - the breakfast room is off the cloisters. (And there is a banquet area in the cloisters.) Room was large and comfortable but very dark. Internet connection fine. Dinner in dining room was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet good. Parking under hotel, with very small spaces (usual for Spain). No bellboy service. Only issue was a couple of desk clerks who were neither competent nor helpful. Good location. I would stay here again.

THe hotel is very well located, very close to the Cathedral and other main attractions. The restaurant is very good. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It was a great stay.
