The hotel personnel is friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable. However. At times, I was able to hear the noises coming from people leaving the elevator.

They had a wash and fold service which was same price as laundromat. Front desk spoke English and a very nice breakfast for €5. Great place!

Ok but a bit far from the action
Posted 13 Aug 2016 on HotelsModern hotel.good price. A bit far from centre. The area is ok but only a couple of bars. Parking could be tricky. The shower was lovely. The hotel was a bit noisy. No 24 hour reception.

A plain 3-star hotel with extremely friendly staff
Posted 27 Jul 2016 on HotelsStaff were very friendly, especially the senhora doing housekeeping and reception. I stayed a night in a single room and it was very clean and quite spacious. However, this place is a bit far away from city centre(where the Cathedral is) and the nearest supermarket is around 300 metres, ATM is 600 metres away.
Well, if you're travelling Spain via train, this hotel is close to the plaza espanha, so away from downtown won't be a problem.

spacious and clean and comfortable room
Posted 1 Jul 2016 on Hotels1 night stay in a twin room. Spacious room with view in which you can see cathedral. The hotel had wi-fi but wasnt too reliable it cut off sometimes.
The room and hotel was clean and comfortable and also had free parking out the front of the hotel but spaces are limited around the neighbourhood.
