A truly upmarket hotel in terms of quality and standards.
Drawback - linguistic skills, and everything is in Bulgarian currency and limited if non-existent use of credit cards.

It was an OK stay.

The room cleaners only changed towels the first night.
The second cleaning they left us with no toilet paper.
It doesn’t seem that they did any cleaning at all. The problem with the toilet paper was remediated promptly after notifying the front desk.
There’s a spa on the premises with only 1 person (male) doing massages. My daughter and I opted not to use that.
The breakfast was OK…..nothing to write home about.
