Nice hotel, but nothing to do around. Good swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Average breakfast.

If we had known that the hotel was housing a large population of asylum seekers we would not have booked it. We believe that there should be a disclaimer when booking, informing of this situation in order that prospective guests can make an informed decision. The spa pool area was literally overrun and like being in an overpopulated public baths. Glad we were only there 1 night.

Had a lovely stay. However felt the pool wasnt too clean as our eyes were stinging everytume we had a swim and there were bits of tissue in the pool. Also for luggage takes a long wait ti get help from a porter. Other than that had a fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving.
Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests

Hotel was ok. Reception short on staff. Restaurant meal was not value for money. Strange smell in room. Possibly as a result of someone smoking.
