I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either.

Our stay was great! Have some issues with lights in the bathroom, but it was partly solved, and additionally received a compliment from the hotel.

A beautifule location... escape from noise..

the place is beautiful but the breakfast was horrible, we terminated it the very next day.

Maybe the best you could find in bukovel and u should try alex restaurant and bar outstandingd thanks to alla and katia the reception

Dear Alan! First of all, thank You for choosing our hotel for your journey! The hotel staff tried to do their best to resolve the problem with the wrong reservation made though your travel agency. Unfortunately, the hotel has no rights and access to change or to cancel such reservations, that’s why,these attempts did not give positive results. We did not charge any money for an erroneous reservation. We are still keeping in touch with you to figure it out and we are in touch with the representatives of Expedia. Wish you all the best!

This is a great hotel, great location, true ski in ski out, ski rental excellent, easy parking, away from the hudske of village, but only 5 minute walk. Could not fault it.
