Pros: Fairly clean. Daily room service. Excellent staff. Spacious parking space.
Cons: breakfast items not worth it. Can hear the nightclub sound from 12th floor.

The mattress was too soft, the pillow as well. The room has a weird smell, not to my liking but overall condition is still ok. Price wise, considering the location and room condition, slightly over though.

Nice rooms. Zero service
Posted 11 Jun 2023 on HotelsI found he room new, large and clean with its own kitchen and living area. Hot water and air conditioning worked well although it was a bit of a pain walking out regularly to get water from the dispenser.
What I cannot understand was the piss poor attitude of the staff. ZERO greetings from reception to security to service staff throughout my stay. Unbelievable! I know it is a Citadines and I am not overly fussed by these things, but this really stood out. I might stay again given the quality of rooms but would prefer another hotel if available.
