The air conditioning stopped working when the electricity went out. I would never stay at this hotel again because you don't have a generator.

Paid twice: to hotels.com and to the hotel 😳

The hotel claimed that hotels.com did not transfer money to them despite me showing them the receipt and my bank statement. They made me pay again after a back and forth discussion involving many phone calls. Hotels.com needs to check the deals they make with certain hotels… and how would I get my money back?

The rooms are good. Was rather disappointed by the breakfast service. The checkin was super excellent.

Some good, some bad

There was some good and bad. 1. They were good at replying to emails 2. but the shuttle they confirmed wasn't provided 3. Co-owner was at airport and sat with me until her husband came to pick us up 4. Staff were helpful but sometimes too aggressive on trying to be helpful 5. Wifi, bed, and shower are very good 6. Check-in employee said "10min" and my passport would be brought to my room. I forgot until I'd gone to the airport to leave, so they had to bring it to me, which was nice but took forever--2x longer than my taxi ride had taken, and nearly missed flight. 7. Hotel isn't near anything but is beautiful 8. They're friendly but a bit disorganized and emails to owners don't get relayed to staff for things like airport pick-up.

Je m'excuse de pouvoir répondre au commentaire du client très tardivement. Notre chauffeur était a l’aéroport pour le prendre, mais le client était déjà parti avec une autre équipe. Pour la question de son passport, il l'a oublie dans sa chambre, mais après avoir constater cela, immédiatement nous avons pris l'initiative de le rejoindre a l’aéroport. Le problème en est que les rues de la ville étaient fermée a cause du passage du Président de la République, donc l'arrive a l’aéroport était tardive. Heureusement que l'avion ne l'a pas laisse.

The mini fridge in the room was broken, the complementary breakfast was not complementary, and the WiFi didn’t work in the room. There was also a big hole in the mosquito netting.

Nice architecture, nice lobby and facilities, and very nice terrace and view, though some rooms may need a slight upgrade and cannot be rated 4 stars (e.g. fixtures and plumbing require some improvement). However, the nice service made up for shortfalls.

Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel donc calme, Le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 20min Chambre 118 très confortable, avec vue imprenable sur Bujumbura! Dommage pour le manque de prise et l'eau dans la salle de bain, pas très très chaude - tiède au mieux! Restaurant au dernier étage vraiment agréable, tarifs raisonnables et portions généreuses surtout pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est aux petits soins et s'adapte à vos demandes. Félicitations à tout le personnel mentions spéciales à Alex, Irène, au restaurant et Ildephonse à la réception :) Est ce que je reviendrai séjourner au Mount Zion? oui avec grand plaisir!
