Perfect spot for show at KeyBank! Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great and room was perfect!

We stayed at the Mansion for two nights a few weeks ago. Had a wonderful stay. We loved the history of the place and the staff were super! I'm sure we'll head back to Buffalo again in the future and we'll definitely plan on stay at the Mansion on Delaware.

I have no idea how the hotel itself is but since they were unwilling to cancel our reservation despite the fact that due to airline's delay/cancelations we were unable to go to Buffalo, we wound up paying for a whole night of a hotel in a city we couldn't make it to.
I will be returning to Buffalo next month and I will NEVER stay with them as a result

Thank you for providing feedback of your experience. It is never our intent for anyone to have a negative experience with any interaction regarding The Mansion on Delaware Avenue. We understand situations outside of our control arise and the unexpected does happen however, as discussed on the phone, we do have a strict cancellation policy and since the reservation was made and paid for using a third party, we were unable to refund or cancel the reservation. The third party holds us accountable for any reservations and cancellations regardless of the situation and we must do the same for them. Since it was the third party's card that was charged and not yours directly, we recommend contacting them further.

Everything was beautiful, but the breakfast they provide is small and not filling.
