There was still an old bedsheet under the couch. The room smelled terribly and the fridge was not clean. Also no breakfast was provided.

Our room door would not enfage or lock. Room 132. When we booked, there was suppose to be breakfast. Breakfast service has been canceled. Front desk had to be phoned to get personnel to the front desk . Apparently new owners but major upgrade required to book again

My room was double booked. “DO NOT DISTURB” on the door, no desk staff, and key did not work. What is more, the desk staff in the morning said that I would have to go to EXPEDIA to get the refund and Expedia has no phone number to call for a refund.

Front desk attendant was pleasant and efficient. The room was mostly clean, but I did find an old skittle and hair on the ground by the night stand. Rooms not very sound proof and appliances are loud. Room was very cold too with no extra blankets offered.
