We booked last minute as we needed a place to stay in Buffalo. We got to the hotel and check in was fine. Went out for the night and came back to a room that was 65 degrees. When I asked front desk they said you can’t control your own heat and that’s where they keep it. It’s not even room temperature on any scale. It was a freezing sleep with think blankets

The management staff are nice. The snow plow vendor needs to be there to plow faster. My car was literally sliding on to the road when trying to pull in. The bathrooms need better cleaning left over hair all in the sink and toilet. Towels need bleaching and most bed spreads have cigarette burns in them or stains that don’t come out.

1 lamp for room, dirty pillows and sheets. Hole in blanket, hard mattress possible bed begs, no chairs or tables, hostile mgr. 1 bed in the middle of the floor in a dark room... REALLY...? Expedia should refund my money because they are promoting this filthy motel
