Very nice and clean; excellent area of Buenos Aires. All staff was very polite and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Nice boutique hotel in quiet, lovely area of BA. Room was clean, spacious and staff was very helpful.

Instead of receiving an upgrade my room was downgraded. Horrible experience with the staff at check in.

I don’t recomend this hotel. The room I was given was not the room I paid for.

This was a great hotel experience. Staff were kind. Hotel was chic. We were upgraded to a tricked out, elegant suite and had a great time. Only criticisms are gym was not robust and closed early. Also, Recoleta is not happening at night. One has to uber to restaurants, cafes, etc. Palermo is where the fun is. But that said, this was a great location for daytime sightseeing and a splendid hotel.
