Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel !
Aire acondicionado dañado , mosquitos por toda partes , ascensores pequeños y viejos , no hay mucho por los impedidos , sucio .. en fin nos tuvimos que ir !
4 habitaciones de 6 que se reservaron tuvieron que dejar el hotel
Inodoro que no servia

I would like to improve the breakfast. breakfast is not good .

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and bright. The location is terrific, Recoleta area.

The hotel staff was incredible! They were always ready to help with anything I needed - taxis, restaurant reservations etc.
