Costumer service was excellent.

Welcome to Buenaventura
Posted 18 May 2018Front desk was extremely helpful upon check-in. Water was hot the first day but barely lukewarm the second day which is fine for me because I'm used to cold showers (Cali, Colombia resident here) but may be a problem for others. (Free) Breakfast was delicious my first morning but so-so the second morning however, the staff was always very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Reserved and paid via Expedia, charged extra for the room because the price was not right. Staff rude.

Mala atención
Posted 4 Jul 2018 on HotelsAl llegar al hotel, no estaba la reservacion hecha en hoteles.com y la que nos atendio fué muy grosera, si no hubiera habitaciones nos quedamos metidos. Apesar de darle el # de la confirmacion de hoteles.com, no le importo.

Lo recomiendo mucho

El hotel cuenta con un muy buen restaurante.
