Location was convenient, and easy to get in and out. Room was very average, but clean and quiet. Check-in was very disappointing. No one was at the desk at 6:30 p.m. Had to call on their phone (rang 6 -7 times before answer). Gentleman said he would be down in a minute, but was more like 5 minutes. Walked up to the computer without saying anything. I was at least expecting a "sorry you had to wait", or something like that. Took him awhile to even ask my name. He was in no hurry at all. Being Colorado, I looked at his eyes to see if he was high, but no, just lazy. Having a person at the front desk who cared (even a little) would have made this review much better. Likely won't stay here again.

I was impressed with the breakfast options. I was expecting the typical waffles and cereal, but in addition, they had omelets and bacon. Not a huge selection, but plenty adequate and a nice surprise.`

Checking in was not the best experience, apparently I was supposed to call the property and tell them I was traveling with a pet even when it stated pet friendly, more like pet tolerable. They have limited pet friendly rooms, luckily we were able to get a room. The morning staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

Man who checked us in at 4 pm was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had to wait for him to attend reception. Other guests had similar issues. Next morning the day clerk was much more helpful. The first clerk needs some strong feedback from management about his customer service.
