Your staff was very helpful. My wife needed some medical assistance and Katharina at the front desk helped her get and find the place to go for help. Also followed up to check on her. She was very kind and we would like to thank her again

It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paid parking. Within walking distance to public beaches. Overall pleasant stay.

Overall a very nice stay!

The pictures in the listing were general pics from the Hotel but not from the room which brought a bit of confusion at first ( we thought we were gonna have a balcony as well but we didn't ). Apart from that, everything was comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would surely recommend!

The property was brand new and very clean. Staff was attentive and courteous; however, they had three beaches and a restaurant where you had to make reservations for. $250 euros for a set of beach chairs, a $40 euro bottle of champagne and a fruit board is outrageous. We had to walk 15 minutes to Becici to enjoy the beach. 15 euros for parking per day was not bad. There is a complimentary one but it was first come first serve with limited space. Overall, Expedia needs to state what’s actually included with the stay.
