Staff very helpful and friendly. Food and drink all good and at reasonable prices. No sunbeds or parasols available albeit this was also an issue in all the beach areas, presumably due to the time of the year

Nice hotel about 5 minutes walk to Budva old town. Breakfast is Ok could have more choices. Staff is very friendly and professional. Need to mention Nikola who is very professional and very much service oriented. However for housekeeping I find it weird to have the room cleaned in less then 5 minutes!! Also a box of tissue and a coffee machine in the room would be appreciated for a 5 star hotel

This was a wonderful hotel, located in an ideal location, 5 minute walk from the old town. I enjoyed the breakfast and use of the pool area.. Also included valet parking for the duration of my stay.. would be happy to return here in the future..

The staff and service at Hotel Budva is/are amazing. Stayed there for 10 days and have nothing but great things to say. Will be going back for sure.

Beautiful but uncomfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. It’s two very flat and hard twin mattresses pushed together for form a double bed. The linen and pillows are very uncomfortable. Overall, hard to get a good night sleep. I would expect more from a boutique hotel. Also, they don’t offer beach beds at coco beach like they used to…so expect to pay to use a beach.

The Staff at check in what very rude and wanted to charge more than Expida price. They want to keep my passports for a long time... could not resolve the problem until next day... terrible service Neves staying in this hotel again...Not recommended.

Fantastic holiday at Hotel Budva. Wonderful spacious room with a view, excellent swimming pool and bar, fabulous restaurant. Would go back. Highly recommend ice cream next door!

The property is marked as 5 start hotel but it actual fall short of the professional standards. The hotel is next to v busy main pedestrian road and other clubs, it is v noisy throughout the whole days and even at mid nights. I hardly have any quite nights next to my windows with incredible loud dancing and sing music next to my ears fr the balcony on one night that last until 1 am in the morning ! And this only our 2nd night at the hotel with the 1st night a large group talking loudly under my balcony until midnight and so similar to the rest of our stay. I had to catch up with my sleep for half day the next day due to lack of sleep . And although the hotel balcony has a sea view , it is mostly blocked by the tall in front of it . The hotel has not much privacy for the clients as when u seat on your balcony, there will be strangers sitting in front of your balcony watching into your balcony . We even had terrible night experiences being followed by a group of strangers who seem to be coordinating with each other fr the restaurant near by to near our hotel. We felt being watched by some evil doers while we stayed in budva. As a result of this , we felt unsafe to stay any longer and had to checked out earlier and wasted one night stay at the hotel because it is i refundable and the hotel manager refuse to do refund to us despite of the issues we had during our stay .

I must mention that your reservation was a room with a view of the surroundings with a French balcony, however the hotel provided you with a free upgrade to a room with a terrace with a partial view of the sea. All rooms that are defined as sea view have a sea view. Our hotel is in the very center of the city and unfortunately it is a normal circumstance that there is noise during the weekend, because there are bars close to the hotel that are open until 1 a.m. after midnight. The hotel is always ready to find a solution for guests who have problems with noise and offer to move to a room that is in a quieter part of the hotel, but unfortunately we did not receive your complaint while you were staying at the hotel. We also did not receive your complaint regarding the insecurity and feeling of fear while you were staying in our hotel. Your stay was paid with a virtual card by expedi.com and unfortunately in that situation we are unable to issue a refund. We are very sorry for the bad impression and I believe that we will have the opportunity to host you again and try to improve your impression. Best regards.

Expensive and noisy

We came here after the wonderful Hilton in Podgorica, it was significantly more expensive for a much lower quality hotel experience. The rooms were simple, modern, but basic. Good dinner. Breakfast average, with fruit juice that tasted like children’s cordial and poor quality coffee. At breakfast and dinner, very loud children - not recommend for a quiet couples get-away. Beach view was limited. Overall, a nice hotel, but I’m not clear why it’s so popular and expensive.
