Fabulous stay at the Falcon Hotel. Interior was lovely as was the outside garden area. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed room service and the complimentary breakfast, the food was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast, all freshly cooked. Would not hesitate to stay again

Friendly, clean. Noisy due to the pile driving outside but this wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Renovations
Posted 19 Mar 2024 on HotelsI think that guests should be made aware that the hotel is undergoing renovations, which is a good thing. However there is scaffolding for painters and they are able to see into the rooms. Also there is no bar, and a restaurant is closed.
Staff are particularly helpful especially the receptionist.

All the staff here was very friendly and helpful with a smile. The hotel was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! Very tasty and homemade. The rooms were large and comfy. However, we stayed in room 11 and you could hear the noise from other guest and heard the birds loudly outside from 5am which cant be helped especially when there is single glazed windows. Overall, me and my wife was very happy here and would return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
