La struttura è vecchissima ristorante ok
Posted 17 Feb 2021 on HotelsHanno due strutture.La struttura 4 stelle è chiusa. Anche se vendono le camere!! Soggiornato una notte nella struttura vecchia 3 stelle. Consiglio di Chiamare prima di prenotare. Perché dicono che non sono loro che vendono le camere ma è Hotels.com. Non ci credo probabilmente non sanno gestire le camere sul sito.

1. The photos shown in the internet do not match with the reality. Hotel, swimming pool, rooms…
2. We booked in March but nevertheless when we arrived, there was nobody waiting for us in the reception.
3. Nobody speaks fluent English
4. Nobody explained us the rules (ex: breakfast from 07:30 to 10.00)
5. We were to dinner normally at 22:00 but one day the manager told us to be at 21:00
6. The swimming pool was very dirty and the furniture was old and damaged
7. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room
8. The WC had a strange smell
9. Half pension was no Buffet. We had every night two options.
a. The first one was always pasta and the second one always meat
b. Every time fries
c. Salad because we asked it
d. No fish
e. Drinks included: Water. All other drinks (Cola, Fanta,…) should be payed separately
f. On the dessert was included: crème caramel and Panacotta. The rest should be payed also separately
10. The breakfast was always very pour
a. Everyday only the same juice and the same croissants
b. We had to ask for bread, cheese and ham
c. Today we even hadn’t cheese or ham. We asked for it and the answer were that it wasn’t ready…

troppe pretese per un costo di 22,50 euro a persona..
il trattamento sarebbe stato diverso con un budget più alto.
da nessuna parte vi è menzionato che il trattamento mezza pensione sia a buffet, e che la colazione sia internazionale.
ci dispiace solo che tutte queste critiche sia fatte in maniera anonima e no fatte di persona da noi in sede.
però riteniamo che con un costo cosi RIDOTTO a 22 a persona in questo periodo di alta stagione ci siano troppe pretese e troppe cose non veritiere come la piscina non è sporca e . il wifi funziona , considerando il fatto che questa recensione è stata fatta con l'uso del nostro wifi. però è troppo facile recensire delle strutture in maniera anonima su un sito, senza considerare che si sta demolendo il lavoro di tante persone.
ribadisco il fatto che bastava farle di persona al personale e non ij maniera anonima da tavolo del nostro ristorante .
