We had a great stay at this hotel thank you. The front desk team were very friendly, the housekeeping did a fab job and thank you to GM for sending a special note for my friends birthday. We will def recommend this property

Lovely hotel with lots of charm and character. Executive suite was spacious and the Executive Lounge had good wine, a few nibbles, and great staff. Service in the room was a little hit and miss, with no replacement toiletries provided, a robe being taken but not replaced, empty wine bottle removed from room but then left outside for 24 hours, used glasses not replaced from morning to night. Also the WiFi in the room and around the hotel was sometimes a little patchy. Spa was nice, and the breakfast in the Brasserie & Atrium was good. Overall a very nice stay, in a good location where we could walk to most of the major attractions or get a taxi straight outside the door.

This hotel is very nice, staying here is like being a star in your own Bond movie.

the spar was great , but the rooms are not that great , beds are poor rooms look dated,

The hotel located 25 minutes walk from the city centre. The facility is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They have problem with the air condition in the rooms. After we let the staff know they sent engineer to look and change our room but the problem looks like in all rooms. Temperature around 23 centigrade which is so hot.

The spa was excellent. The location was within walking distance of shopping and dining. The staff were polite and friendly.

I came thinking on the branch they have in London, a fantastic hotel. This one is good, nice beds, good location, a great restaurant ( Caviar & Bull ), but a much lower level of the London one. It’s a good quality price ratio though. Decoration little bit depressing because of the lack of light, specially in the room.
