Lovely open spaces within the property and really well appointed with everything you would need. Balcony was a bonus for having a coffee in the morning. Very clean and close to shops, tram stop and within a short walk to the river. We would stay here again if we returned to Budapest.

Great apartment
Posted 8 Dec 2023 on HotelsApartments are convenient on the edge of town. 20 mins walk to the centre and right next to a metro station so make it easier.
Clean and modern the apartments are great and the team are really good as supporting behind the scene.

owners were easy to contact and catered to us. All basics were covered. Right sized apartment to share with 3 people. Have everything we needed to cook and clean. We would come back here :) Koszonem ❤️

Property had a bad smell.

Dear Guest,We thank you for the review.We are always available for assistance during your stay, however there was no contact from your side. The AC is working properly, we do always check the temperature of the apartments (remotely), in your case the apartment was between 21-21.5 celsius during your whole stay.We also advise guests to open thw windows for at least 20minutes a day to refeesh the air, and it seems that you kept the windows closed during your whole stay, we are sorry for that but we cannot open the windows instead you as we want to provide full privacy and undistuebed stay for our guests. The Downtown Residence apartments were outstanding. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and so very quiet that we all overslept! Couldn’t recommend these apartments enough in such a beautiful city!

Nice apartment
Posted 16 May 2023 on HotelsHad a nice stay and thought the apartment was very reasonably priced in a close proximity to the city centre , however the heated towel rail didn’t work which was frustrating as it had been pouring with rain and there was quite a few hairs found upon arrival , the sink and the floor being the main places. Overall happy with the stay and would recommend

Clean apartment and amazingly good communications including organising transfer. Important to use metro or buses as location wise it’s slightly away from all the main tourist attractions in the city
