To find that there was NO elevator was very inconvenient, and of course the overweight night staff did not offer to assist with anything. While it isn't the fault of the staff, someone tried 3 times to enter our room. The walls are so poorly insulated that I could hear the neighbors television and their 6 a.m. alarm woke me up. When the bathroom flooring was installed they left a gap between the edge of the floor and the threshold trim. There's something to be said for a 5 star hotel. This definately was not one of them.

Some of the worst beds ever. Not only Uncomfortable but so noisy! Staff was phenomenal, breakfast good, ice machine broken but staff had someone go get ice at the store. Really appreciated that. Just wish the beds didn’t suck

The walls were thin and i could hear the guy next door sneezing. The lady at the desk didnt seem very interested in her job. We got got what we paid for.

The room was clean at first glance. All surfces had a layer of dust and the hide a bed was dirty.
