Everything was perfect for us, the room was lovely and the value was excellent. Jeff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, we look forward to our next visit.

Lovely little cottage
Posted 11 Mar 2020 on HotelsA lovely cottage with a very friendly and helpful host. Excellent standards of service, bedding, towels etc. Just the wind chime clinking and clunking around in the kitchen at 1am spoiled the stay for me.

Hi Chris.
Sorry we got such a disappointing overall score. However we don't have a wind chime in the kitchen. It's in next door's garden! I have asked them from time to time to secure it at night but they don't always do it.
I'll speak to them again

A great host and a lovely property
Posted 11 Dec 2019 on HotelsJeff was very welcoming and friendly. The house is really quirky but lovely. You can almost feel the history. We were greeted with a nice cup of tea and nothing was too much trouble, from letting me use the iron, to taking photos for us. The breakfast was delicious with superb local bread and preserves. The beds were very comfortable and overall, it was a great find and I’d highly recommend it!
