I love the ambiance of this hotel and the friendly staff. I did not really like the room that I was in. It was a little outdated, and very clear that it had been remodeled.

Very nice hotel. Great hotel staff. Lots of great dining options that are walking distance. The only complaint is the restaurant in the hotel. Very slow service, orders mixed up multiple times in one stay. I would not eat there again.

It was really nice and quaint. I really enjoyed this stay and plan to come back the next time we’re in town.

The Whitley is very much centrally located. Great for those who may not intend to travel far as both Phipps and Lenox Malls were walking distance. As well as many restaurants. Felt safe in the building. Staff was helpful at check in and with accommodation needs. Did not try the restaurant on site so I cannot speak to it, but lobby bar and lounge area was a great place to unwind. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was enough room for one individual at a time, so not big at all. Worth a stay again.

Overall my stay was accommodating but a couple staff members that answers the guest service call were lightly rude. Every time we called for our car to be pulled around there was a young gentleman that was being very short and rude then I called regarding an iron and I was hung up on. That is unacceptable service for the quality of this hotel and the $57/ a day for parking is a bit much when having to deal with rudeness

The front desk staff is amazing. I was offered champagne and given directions and locations for the property's accomodations. I would recommend this property for all guests. They truly make everyone feel welcome.
