Just trash everywhere just trash everywhere the rooms were filthy trash after telling us that they were already cleaned

Much of the furniture was quite worn

Shower didn't have any hot water. In between the truck stop and hotel property is dirty. Truck stop truckers and hotel guests throwing there trash on the ground. Garbage by my room next to trash can not emptied and or trash not thrown away. Washer and dryers needed to be cleaned, very dirty. Had a king room,was nice for the price. Staff and maids were very nice.

No TV remote in room. Called desk and was told to come and pick up a remote at office. Was given 3 remotes and instructions. Followed instructions and TV still didn’t work. Called desk and was told we could change room. Declined this as we were already unpacked and wife was ready for bed. Obviously the room had not been properly prepared for occupancy. This motel is off our list. We regularly travel through here and will select something else.
