Luckily our location is just 200 meters away from the street, and our team can always assist with finding a taxi or help with the luggage from the vehicle, when asked. The rooms that we have at disposal for our guests are unique in their own way, and such are our guests. The people that come to our hotel are different and each one of them is one of a kind, and this is why we wanted to make different approaches to the style and to the themes that our rooms have. When it comes to the team, we have always considered the fact that the front desk staff is the guest's initial point of contact with the hotel. As always, we are continuously looking to improve our service and facilities, hence why all reviews are important to better ourselves!Regarding the elevator, we must point out that our hotel is a historical landmark, and certain aspects have to be preserved in order for the authorities to enable us to restore it. As a result, the space is rather constrained. As much as we would like to provide an elevator for our visitors, there is simply no room for such a facility, or any others that the construction would not permit (gym, spa, laundry room etc.). This information is mentioned on every online platform we are present on. Also, we do recall that one of our colleagues offered to help you with the luggage, pointing out that we only have stairs. Still, we do our best to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible and we always strive to ensure they enjoy their stay in Bucharest. Moreover, regarding the issue you encountered with the air conditioning, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please know that only two rooms in our establishment are equipped with such systems, including Nautic, the room you occupied. While the climate control system may differ slightly from what guests are accustomed to, we strive to make it as user-friendly as possible. There are two panels—one for temperature adjustment upwards and another for lowering the temperature—marked with a small sticky note. We recommend setting the system to your preferred temperature, utilizing the heating panel only if desired.
