The hotel uses awful scent in their lobby. I liked the hotel but because of this awful smell I didn't put evaluation as "excellent". I do not know the reason why their premises must smell so awfully

My stay in Hotel Cişmigui was great from start to finish. The staff at reception were all very welcoming. I was very impressed with my room. It was spacious and had great facilities including a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The room overlooked the main road but traffic noise did not disturb my sleep.
The dining area for breakfast was located on the 6th floor was also really good. Good variety of fresh food and drink available. Fantastic view from the balcony area.
Hotel Cişmigui will be my first choice when I next visit this amazing city.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it keeping up the excellent standards as always.
Staff are very friendly and Toni on reception is an absolute gentleman

Every thing was perfect exept the quality of the beds. Too narow and too soft. I had to sleep on the couch.

A little out of the town centre but taxis are cheap. Would stay again.
