Fabulous hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff
Within walking distance to main attractions including old town and historic sites etc.
good breakfast to cater for all tastes
Spa has a good choice of treatments at reasonable prices.
Overall highly recommend

By far the best place we stayed on our travels. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Close walking distance to bars and food. One shot bus ride from the airport. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use all the amenities.

It was well kept with friendly staff. Very close to everything in Bucharest.

Several comments :
The housekeeping staff was excellent.
Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming but need
more training as to when you need reservations or don't for sites that visitors frequent. It would help if they were better informed and didn't give conflicting information.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful, the selections were plentiful and high quality.
My room was really, really small and given that I was staying for 5 nights it was difficult to maneuver around. It
seems like at one time it was part of a suite that was separated off.
There was a courtyard area that was quite lovely for relaxing outdoors and reading.

Beautiful building and great location. HVAC did not work well and room always too hot. Staff needs improvement in knowledge and performance of things like making a reservation for a guest.

Elegant and accessible to the old town area. Staff are friendly and available all the time.
Cleaning is efficient and cleans daily.
